Religious Education CCD

Kelly Wilton is the Director of Religious Education. This program provides catechesis for children in grades K-12.

Altar Servers

Assists with the celebration of all Masses and other liturgical services throughout the year.

Every Thursday from 9 AM- 9 PM

Holy Hour 8-9 PM

 

CAN-Christians are Networking

Liturgy Committee

Meets 2-3 times a year

 

 

 

RCIA- Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults

Anyone who is an unbaptized, baptized but needs additional sacraments or just want to learn more about the Catholic faith.

Eucharistic Ministers

Appointed by the Pastor and serve for a term of 5 years.

 

 

Altar Society

Maintains linens, candles, vessels, vestments. Also assists with decorations for Christmas and Easter. For more information contact Julie Canavan in the office

Cursillo is a 3 day weekend retreat centered around the Eucharist and focused on the question of what it means to live an authentic Christian life, and how to accomplish this. Contact Darren Caprarese at 540-547-3695

Our group is open to Middle School and High School youth. Many activities throughout the year

Ushers

Greet and welcome all who enter. Assit with  seating, collection and other dutes. If interested contact the office.

English as a Second Language and Citizenship assistance

Healing Ministry

Our Ministry's task is to help you to be healed, reconciled, and nourished spiritually. In union with Christ, you may be strengthened to share His work in your parish communities.

TOPS (Take off Pounds Sensibly)

This group meets every Tuesday at 4:30 in the Old Rectory

 

 

     

Homebound Ministry

Please contact the office if you or someone you know would like to receive Holy Communion on a weekly basis or be visited by a priest.

 

     

Manna Scripture/Book Club

The prayer study group and the morningbible study are joining together. The purpose is to have an in-depth study of the upcoming Sunday Scripture readings. It will begin Thursday, Sept. 13th at 9:30 am in the Parish Hall.

 
     

St. Peter Julian Prayer Chain
